Do you know the capacitor’s value and the name of the IC?
IC7008 is TPS2553DDBVR , the cap on the left is 0.1uF_6.3v_0201
You have a quite large burn-in mark on the pin1(5v_standby) rail under this “15JL“(TPS2553DDBVR) IC, I would suggest you remove the ic and grind off the burn mark to see if any layer got carbonized

yes, the small 0.1uF cap is on the 5v /pin1, I would grind a bit more until all black/carbonized part gone and put solder mask to cover up the hole.

Cleaned and replaced 15JL, the console boots with white light. I can’t find a replacement 1uf 6.3V capacitor but just 1uf 16V X7R 0603 should do the same right? 16V is the max voltage limit right ?
