I have two edm 020 boards with the same issue. I checked the whole board with a multimeter and found the short at the same location on both the boards. however, even after I removed the shorted capacitor and the chip. the short still persists. I do not have an uv thermal camera to check any further. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
ITS THE CHIP TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PROCESSOR NEAR THE TWO COILS.
