This PS5 was given to a customer stating they tried to repair the hdmi with no luck. I took a look of the PS5 and the HDMI was burnt also the motherboard around the hdmi. I removed the old hdmi and cleaned as much as i could and installed a new hdmi and it was working good. I gave the PS5 back to the customer and like an hour later he sent me a message saying the PS5 was working great but suddenly the screen went black with no image. I took it back and replaced the HDMI again and still no image. Replaced the encoder but still no image. What can i do to resolve this problem?
