Ps5 edm-033 will not boot

well, one day it just will not turn on. so i take it apart found psu was dead. after replace the PSU. now i got one beep no power. totally new to console repair.
i got 12v incoming, push power button no voltage drop.
at f7002 i got 5v and 3v.
at f7001, i got 5v on both side of the fuse.
i visually check the whole board, no obvious damage components.
when i press power button, it beep once, no light, no fan spin. but will not beep if i keep pressing the button. after 12-15 seconds, i press power button beep again.
where should i go from here?

Hey I’m having a very similar situation in regards to the beep but now power. I’m also new to repairs. I can’t seem to find any blueprints on the voltages for this model. Mines a edm 033. Were you able to find a solution?

Have you tried to test the motherboard with a DC power supply to monitor the current draws? When you connect 12v to motherboard the current suppose to run up to around 300ma then drop down to 5-10ma. If it’s normal, considering to replace the southbridge chip.
