Ps5 Edm-041 Long pulsing Blue light of death

Hello, before buying the console the seller told me it wouldn’t get past safe mode or stuck in safe mode screen.I thought it was an easy fix but it does not seem so.It has a replaced warranty sticker and the inside of it was a mess. The front panel connector from the mainboard is damaged(upper of the connector broken, maybe someone inserted a flat head screwdriver?).Anyway I managed to start to console and goes into long flashing blue light of death.I spent hours on the board and couldn’t find any shorts. The board is drawing 0.230A then goes to 0.003A.

Read Uart and gave me 80810001(PowerSequence - Power Sequence Error - General Power Failure),808C3F90,808C3790(Power Failure - PWM or Unspecific) and after clearing error log only the PWM or Unspecific codes appeared back. After cleared the error log I could not get uart to connect no more, did the southbridge died?

Verified the bios and the data was for CFI-2016 instead of CFI-2116(my model),and the original data also did not match any serial numbers for this console,so i corrected the bios data but still goes into long pulsing blod.

Found out something interesting,if the front panel cable doesn’t sit flush the back usb ports won’t get power(not sure about data lines),so there goes my question 2 I guess.

Checked the standby voltages (12v,3.3v on the bios chip,2v, but my 1.8v is apparently 1.96v)

I could not exactly find any exact information on front usb c and pd Ic’s and I don’t know on how to check them.

My questions are:

1.Could the flex cable be shorting out or damaged some IC?

2.Why the console won’t start by plugging the controller at the back usb ports?

What should I check next?
