PS5 freezing and shutting down

Hi everyone

I have a base model PS5 which sometimes returns to the home screen when playing games with this pop-up message “CE-108262-9 something went wrong with the system software ”or freezes for a while before shutting down.I have tried many solutions but nothing seems to be working.I would like to know if it can be fixed.

if you have tried reinstall system software from safe mode but still nothing changes, this would likely be either VRAM or SSD controller on the mainboard.

Read the UART error code and post here if possible
