I got my PS5 on Christmas the year it was released. But ever since I got it every so often I would randomly restart. It would also have me put the update software again. But more times than not it would have me put in the reinstallation software to start ut from factory settings. I’ve emailed sony and their solution is to put that reinstallation software. At this point its annoying and I’m not sure if it’s a hardware issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
