PS5 NO DISPLAY..... Break out board all pins read normal in Diode mode but

When plugging in HDMI cable into PS5 HDMI port the break out board pin2 and pin17 reads a short, but when removing the HDMI cable from PS5 port the break out board all pins read normal… Any suggestions? Possible bad HDMI IC? Faulty HDMI port?

What is a “normal” reading?
Pin 2 and pin 17 are GND.

Faulty break out unit reading faulty values issue resolved bad HDMI IC unit.
