PS5 No Vcore or VRam voltage

So I’m currently working on a PS5 I’ve been working on for months. This is my goto project when I don’t know what to do. Since I’m completely locked, I’d like to ask for advice on here. This is a EDM-010.

From what I could tell when I got it, the board was liquid damaged with water getting in near the HDMI port and going below RAM IC 3. No fuses were blown & I’ve already replaced the HDMI IC.

The PS5 seems to have a normal boot sequence with around 300 mAh of current draw during boot and a blue light however it won’t fully power on. All standby voltages are present however I’m missing some power on voltages.

I’m missing the 1v Vcore voltage and the 1.35V Vram voltages. When I read on the top inductor for the RAM circuit I get 25Ohms to ground (PS5 logo + EMD-010 is on top). The middle one gives 6Ohms to ground and the bottom one gives 100Ohms to ground.
VCore reads around 0.05Ohm to ground, from what I found online, this should be normal.

I’m assuming something is wrong on the middle one and I have a defective RAM IC however, I do not understand why I don’t have 1.35V on any of the other Vram inductors or 1V on the VCore.

The Circuit seems to be getting 5V however I did find that a 3V line is missing that should go to the southbridge (according to the pcb file). This is making me think that the Southbridge is also defective.(Could also be disabled by the SB because of panic mode)

UART codes read

  • 80810001 Severe PowerSequence - Power Sequence Error - General Power Failure (Peripheral, GDDR6, APU, Data Line Short)
  • C0810303 Low HDMI IC Problem or Data Line Short or Power Failure (I’ve already replaced the HDMI IC but this error code keeps coming back)

The UART confuses me a bit because if a RAM IC is defective, I thought it would specify which RAM bank as I’ve seen online. Also, since UART works I would assume that the southbridge is also fully functional.

My current plan if to lift RAM IC’s starting from 3 → 4 → 2 to see if this solves the low ohm readings. If it does, try to power it again with new IC’s & if I still get an error replace the southbridge.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
