Has anyone come across this.
PS5 Error SU-101337-5
fails to update and say cant update.
Tried part and full install from memory stick but still the same.
Any thoughts greatly received.
really sad to hear that but here’s what you can try to fix this error:
If your PS5 doesn’t have enough storage space, this could prevent updates from installing. Check your system storage in the settings menu and delete unnecessary content if needed.
Secondly turn off your PS5, and then hold the power button until you hear two beeps to start the console in Safe Mode. From there, you can select the “Update System Software” option and follow the instructions.
