My ps5 will shut off in about 45 mins of game play when playing ps5 games. I have to unplug from wall to restart but plays ps4 games all day long
Do you see error code after reboot from shut off?
No it just rebuilds the database and starts up
Have you tried performing a a Power Cycle like completely turn off the PS5 by pressing and holding the power button until you hear two beeps, then unplug the power cord from the back of the console. Leave it unplugged for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn the PS5 on.
Yes i have and i message sony and have done everything they said and nothing os working
