PS5 Slim (EDM-41) boots normally but HDMI output freezes after about 10 to 15s

Hi, my PS5 slim starts up normaly, detects my controller, but within 10 to 15 seconds the screen freezes and the HDMI image is not updated anymore. Any clue what the rootcause is here?

• ⁠Software issue?
• ⁠HDMI driver issue?

I already applied new liquid metal.

curious who from you had similar problems and what the solution was.

And when that state has been reached the Blue Light has changed to White Light and the audio output makes a low frequency buzz noise..
