Ps5 slim no display still after port replacement

I have replaced a ps5 slim broken hdmi port. Tested all pins are solid but still no display with blue light to white light on. Filters are fine.

When console is turned on I have tested all 19 pins voltage. Pin #13 is only 3v. Pin 18/16/15 have normal 5.1v. I have another working slim console this pin 13 has a normal 4v when turned on. HDMI encoder Nuvoton

Any idea guys?

This are my readings from a working PS5 slim.

If pin 13 is low I would check the big diode at the HDMI port and there should be one cap also on this line.
