PS5 slim no video output

Hi guys. PS5 slim EDM-040. Boots normally without video outpput. Checked hdmi port and it is fine with solid pins. Three zener diodes multimeter forward measurement shows a voltage drop of around 0.5V, but reverse measurement shows also a voltage drop instead of OL. I have another working motherboard where zener diodes reverse measurement are all “OL”. The zener diode itsself is fine because I have tested it and replace with a new one and voltage drop still exist.

It is maybe a faulty HDMI encoder

I would check the readings at the HDMI port:

At the Zener diodes I would expect one way aprox 0.7V and reversed OL in diode mode.
And at the Zener diode near the HDMI port one way ap. 0.7V and reversed 1.2V.
