PS5 with ce-108255-1 and ce.108262-9

I got a PS5 (no warranty unfortunatly)
It can play PS4 games but cant play PS5 games and crash (shut down) when game starts
I got CE-108255-1 error code. To solve this problem I rebuild the database and reset to factory.

Now I receive continuously the error ce-108262-9 and the console shuts down.

what can be the problem?

the courius thing is that same games are working fine, others dont start directly
