Hello guys, basically I have a ps5 and it makes the beep sound when press pwbutton but there is no lights and no signal.
Im new to the repair area. But Ive checked the capacitors and the F7502 have 3 capacitors shorted.
How should I proceed from now on? Take them off and check with multimeter or inject voltage?
If I inject voltage how much Volts should be?

F7502 has 5v passes through, any voltage below 5v is safe to inject.
Ive removed the 3 shorted capacitors on F7502 but they are good and the shorts persists, could it be the SBV chip?

F7502 5v comes from main 5v standby. It could be anything
It was a faulty ic on F7502, the " SBV TI IAI AC5G", removed it and the shorts are gone.
Found some of this sbv chips on aliexpress but not with the same name, like “sbv TI 24I ACV9”, do you think I can replace it ? Is that the same chip?

SBV chip is TLV62090. The rest code is manufactory date and batch number, as long as SBV TI they all should be same
