Hello all,
I just watched an older YouTube video where Steve fixed a PS4 that constantly turned on for half a second and then turns off again.
After taking it apart and removing a small hatch and adding washers to the screws and replacing it, he mentions that if your PS4 does the quick on/off thing but that in order to repeat the process, you have to unplug then replug it to power, that the issue is instead a bad power unit.
That’s what mine does, but I’m lost as to whether I still need to do the thing with the washers, as Steve waited until then to mention the part about needing to replug it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
