Hi guys, recently change the thermal and the internal fan of my ps4 cuh1200, and notice some scratches on the mirror like surface of the apu. specifically on the part that makes contact with the heatshink, its works just fine, but could this cause problems in the future?
Not unless they are really deep it takes a lot to damage the apu by scratching it you’ll find it only ever goes via the solder balls if the scratches were to be an issue they would be an issue now
