My PS4 Slim has been acting really weird, the screen always freezes and everything takes long to load, it also takes really long to turn on.
I’ve rebuilt the database a few times, I even initialized it twice and the issue is still there. How can I fix this?
Your hard drive is the problem, you have to replace it… Those are exact symptoms of a faulty hard drive…!
