As the title says, Solid Blue light, no video, console won’t shut off, no sync to pad. I have two of these. Tried different cables both HDMI and Component. Tried removing battery from console and pad. Pad is asking for the console and TV to be turned on then switch TV to correct settings. Tried that too, I’m assuming they want it set to HDMI or Component.
