Just to close my case. Maybe it will help someone.
My solution to stock switch not reading SDcard was simply booting to stock connecting to internet and switch downloaded driver/update for sdcard reader… After that sdcard was working as normal… Feeling dumb after so much time waisted for looking solution xD When i bought my switch i never inserted any sd cards only used game cartridges, so it didnt come to my mind that it needs some sort update for it… First time i used sd card was after i instaled sx core to it.
And the issue with not able to get full nand dump was the SDcard issue. Got again a new card SanDisk 32GB Extreme just for nand dump and it worked first try.
