I have a question for repairing the series x. has anyone tried to copy a brand new drive before the Xbox was ever even turned on? I was talking to a programmer buddy who said its possible that the encryption firmware partition isn’t installed until the first time you turn it on. that there is possibly an unencrypted partition that has software that allows the series x to start that gets locked down when it is turned on for the first time. this would allow us to repair xboxes with a failed ssd
