Still have a loud ps4 pro

I replaced the thermal paste / pads 3 times now.
After a view days still loud again.
After a view trys i tryed a new fan same type.
But its still very loud.

Only the older games work fine like the witcher 3 but if i want to play cyberpunk tonyhawk starwars its get so loud its no fun play the game anymore…

Please help my

Is it quiet at first, then gets louder over a few days? If so it might be the paste you are using. I know most ps4 pros run loud by default, so you might not be able to do anything about it.
