I should be able to sawp the HDMI in and HDMI out ports?
HDMI out is busted but the other is basically new since its never touched. I should be able to swap them right?
Yes you can but you need to be very careful when desoldering the ports. I would not recommend to do it if you do not have proper equipment and soldering skills.
