Swicth Lite Shorted Caps around M92t36

Hello there so I have a shorted cap near the m92t36
Aparently this cap is for the CPU, so is my CPU dead?
My question is if I’m right can I change and take an another CPU from a donor board?

Or just reflow the cpu ?

先拆下该电容，再测是否还短路，如果依旧短路就是CPU的问题了，不然就是电容的被击穿了
