Switch Charges on both sides but wont dock to TV, shows green light

hey guys,

i have about 100 switches that were diagnosed with charges fine, but no dock connection.

ive replaced the dock on some and it fixes the issue, others it doesnt so ive replaced the P13 and still getting no dock image, but getting a green light,

im not sure if im doing something wrong if someone could maybe check my work, ill for sure pay them for their time because this is a huge deal for me and i need to get them finished.

Bumping this one to the top. Same issue with mine, charges but no video out in dock. Replaced connector and PI3usb chip, no shorted filters or caps. Any idea if another IC gets involved in the handshake with the dock?

Have you checked 24pin from breakout board making sure each pin goes through accordingly?
