Switch lite charging but don't start

Hello Everyone !

I have a problem with a Switch Lite that won’t start… but charging :sob:
The USB-C port and M92T36 have been successfully replaced, as it now displays 15V and 0.520A on the USB-C tester (before replacing the components I had different values).

I should also mention that the BQ24 is working => 15V input on VBUS, 4.2V output on VSYS and VBAT

I tested all the components on the APU power rails in diode mode; all good.
Same for the components around the BQ, M92T, and the two Max chips; all good.
I don’t detect any hot spots, whether leaving the board connected to the USB-C charger or injecting current to perform the isopropyl alcohol test.

So I installed Picofly to see if the problem might be with the APU or the eMMC, which could be corrupted. Soldering is fine (measurements of the points are correct), and I tested the Picofly on another Switch; it’s healthy (and vice versa, the other Switch’s Picofly on this motherboard).

I’m getting the following blink:
a blue LED (normal)

then this cycle repeats three times in yellow: short, short, long

With both Picoflys (which work on the other Switch), I get this error code.

**= No eMMC block 1 read (should not happen)

i’ve take measure around MAX under APU and on the other MAX CHIP:

I will give photos when I’ll authorized to do this (I’m new on htis forum)

Can someone help me please ?
Thank you in advance
