Hi all,
I just modded my switch lite with a picofly chip. The problem is: when i press the power button, the picofly chip starts flashing a blue light a couple of times (sometimes once, sometimes 5 times, and just now 11 times), then finishes with a green light flash, but the screen doesn’t turn on.
I started this project months ago, and just finished it, but the battery probably died during these months, so i have the switch plugged into a charger now. This doesn’t make a difference however, the switch does these light flashes when i have it plugged in or when i have it out of the charger.
Some things to note: i don’t have a multimeter (yet) so i cannot check my soldering. Also, i have never flashed the modchip with firmware, as i never got it to show up on my pc, but i just read today that this might be because of the type of cable i was using. I ordered a new cable to do this, but do you think that is the (only) problem here?
What would be the best way to go about debugging this?
