Got a strange one here, switch lite not reading games or detecting anything being plugged into the headphone jack.
I’ve replaced the reader and headphone socket, the FPC connector is fine, I’m a little puzzled 
does anyone have any suggestions?

it sounds dumb (and a bit of a long shot), but some good pressure on the FPC connector while inserting a game card and see if it registers. I’ve had a few come in just like this and it ended up being the FPC connector even though there was nothing visibly wrong with it.

Pressing the connector made the headphone jack work but not the game reader. Replaced the connector, headphones work but still won’t read games 
It was the crystal for the card reader. Replaced and all good
