When measuring the marked resistors they give none or really low resistance, which leads me to believe they are shorted. Ive tested M92 and BQ chips neither of which show any damage or shorts around the IC. USB-C port seems fine and draws 15V at 0,4-0,5A constantly. Battery also gets somewhat warm which leads me to believe it might be the MAX77620H chip? Are there any more diagnostic steps I have neglected to list here? Any help would be dearly appreciated.

Im not aware of any water damage and the indicator doesnt show it either. An aquaintance gave it to me, without giving it much of a backstory. Simply didnt turn on one day. I tested the area you marked already and didnt find any shorts, even though there was some white corrosion I cleaned up with ethanol.
