Switch Lite stuck in first stage boot

Hello, could use some help with a switch lite that seems to be stuck in 1st stage boot. USB ammeter shows 15v@0.5a.

I don’t have a history of switch but it looks to be a botched picofly installation.

BQ chip seems to be functional, as the battery does charge.

Nothing on the screen, no shorts on vsys line. Injected 4v to the vsys line and turned the switch on. Pulls 0.16a, and stays there.

I checked the MAX77620 voltages, and compared them with what I could find on RetroSix’s wiki.

1.8v, 1.1v, 1.0v are all present. 1.3v is not, but from what I can tell this is enabled later in the first stage boot? I also noted a 2.8v that I didn’t recognize

3.3v and 1.8v are present out of the m92 chip as well.

Checking the MAX77812, I noticed only one inductor has 0.8v, the rest are 0v.

I already have replaced the Fuel Gauge IC, and I’m not able to find any shorts.

Any ideas on where I can look next?

Hey, did you find a solution? it appears that i have the very same issue on a water damaged switch lite, i have replaced both MAX chips but still no joy,
