Novice here, I have a switch that had some water damage around the usb port, battery terminal CPU/Ram cover and Max77812 chip. All other areas look undamaged. After cleaning thoroughly with 99% IPA I now have the Blue Screen issue. The Internet would suggest an issue with CPU or RAM, given the corrosion in that area Im preparing to reflow at least one of these but before I jump to that should I investigate the area around the Max77812 chip since there is visible damage there? I’ve tried attaching an image but wasn’t allowed.
