Switch Lite Water Damage / Help

Hey guys,
I need help with my Switch Lite.
It fell down in the bathtub. :frowning:
After it the screen was colorful and went of. Short Circuit I guess.

The switch still powers on and reacts to touch.
After a few days I opened it by myself and cleaned a bit corrosion around the LCD Connector with 99% isopropanol-alcohol.

But I saw that the connector itself has a ā€œblackā€ pin -also the flexcable does.

Is that maybe the problem?
I havenā€™t repaired anything by myself so far, but I am very interested in fixing and Iā€™d like to try to do this by myself. Is it possible without professional equipment?

Youā€™ll likely have to replace the connector, I would guess itā€™s backlight which has burned up, so possibly the IC too

Youā€™d need a hot air station to remove both and put back on replacements, and youā€™ll need a soldering iron to wick and prep pads etc
