I recently switched the joysticks of my Switch Lite. After reassembling, the Switch worked fine, but after carrying it around for a while the display isn’t working any more. I still hear sound and the Switch reacts to button presses. I opened the Switch again and the display and backlight would ocassionally work again but only until the Switch was turned off and then the display remained black again. I’d appreciate if someone could point me in the right direction. It seems the LCD unit as a whole doesn’t turn on.
reseat the 29pin long extension cable few more time and make sure you flip down the connector latch from the center
Thanks for the reply! The issue was that the LCD cable wasn’t seated correctly, even though it looked like it was fully inserted.
I have same issue in switch v2 and problem not résolve any other solution to try ?
check your lcd connector pins inside if any mangled
