Switch not turning on

I used the switch like 2 weeks ago and i wanted to play again, didnt turn on so tried charging but it stayed dead. Tried charging it a couple more times for longer and twice it turned on to an all orange screen, after which i held the power button and it didnt turn back on again. This only happend twice and i couldnt reproduce it.

Battery seems to take charge of 0.46 A and the battery has like 3.5 V over the ±. Couldnt detect any shorts around the M92 or P13 but somehow some other big caps are shorted (see image). I have another motherboard that does not have this (i did probably blow some of the caps on that board so not very reliable reference)

Is there any solution to this or am i just fcked? Also how does this just happen out of nowhere?

Oh i cant attach the image…

its on the back of the motherboard (side A) to the right of p13 and the chip that is above it there are 4 larger capacitors in a line from top of the board to the bottom, the top and 3rd from the top are shorted and then also 1 a bit further to the right under the CPU (but it is only 1 of them there)
