Switch Oled Fan not spinning

Hello dear Forum Members

Bought an broken Switch Oled, switched the Motherboard from it and installed the rp2040 zero on it.

Everything works perfectly except for the fan. It doesn’t move at all. It hummed briefly when it was switched on, and since then it has been silent. A short circuit can be measured on the 5V rail at the fan connector.

Wiring checked and looks good.

The cause has not yet been found. Which IC is responsible for supplying power to the fan, and are there any parts that could be more commonly associated with a defective power supply to the fan?

Doublecheck if joycon not getting charge as well.The max ic on CPU left is responsible forjoycon and fan 5v power rail

Okay. Will check it later, but the Joycons works normally and charging works too. Possible that this IC only shorten on the Fan Rail ?
