I think the cause of the switch orange screen is the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules. Does anyone know how to fix it?

If after reflow it does so, then you can try a chip reball which will be very difficult because the balls are very small in size, or you will replace it with a new one.

I changed the bcm4356 module and it wasn’t solved.

Have you changed with a new one or one from a donor switch board? A new one will have to be programmed with the wifi code version for the Nintendo Switch and I really don’t know how to do it without special tools.
