didnt find any shorts to ground, the chips looking well, mean p13usb and the mq92 , usb c also nice.
any has some succusion

Hello, i did the switch teardown and i can see the backlight. So i turn it on, the backlight starts to turn on and after 2 seconds the switch is getting off. no nintendo logo…nothing,just the screen is getting bright

It seems like your switch is most likely in RCM Mode. Just get tegra rcm and inject a payload
