Switch v2 does not turn on but charging with 5v 0.4A

Hi everyone,

After a botched hwfly install, my switch does not turn on but seems to pull 0.4A 5V when plugged in to a charger. did a few tests for shorts on the M92 chip but everything seems to be in order (but please do not count this out since I am a newbie). I do however find low resistance values (in green) on the MAX77812 Chip capacitors as seen here: (image borrowed from another post from user jkyoho)

P.S. image for reference only, I still have the MAX77812 chip installed

Tried turning on the machine while plugged in to charger, no screen, no backlight, nothing gets hot. current momentarily goes 0A but gets back to 0.4A
