Hello, as the title says, the switch is completely dead. The MT chip appears to be getting 5 volts on vconn (pin 5). This is using a 5 volt brick, as I don’t have the original charger. The battery was dead (3.2) volts, this is after trying to charge it for over 24 hours a few days ago. The BQ chip seems to be the culprit, as the battery terminals only supply 3.5 volts between them, and don’t go up, even if the battery reaches that votlage. Also plugging in the charger to the board with the battery disconnected causes the BQ chip to buzz audibly. I’m thinking this is the battery chip, the bq24193. What do you think?
