Hi, I got a PS5 with follwoing issues:
- The PS5 shuts down suddenly. This happens during playing a game, download a new game or only in the main menu of the PS5.
I got following error codes:
- CE-108255-1
- CE-108262-9
I found some troubleshooting tips and followed them. I reinstalled the app and rebuild the data base in the save mode. In the end I reinstall the hole PS5 firmware via USB. But nothing fixed this poroblem.
After this seps, I readout the error codes via the UART interface and I got the error code 80800000 (Kernel Panic Shutdown).
My assumtion is, that I have a problem with the SSD-Controller or the SSD himself.
Does someone has a idee what can I do to identify the problem or know a solution for my problem?
