The rollers in slim won’t go up

I took it apart because it wasn’t accepting disc
but it would eject disc but now it won’t accept or eject disc. When you eject a disc the rollers drop down a little but mine aren’t moving or going back up.

Have you checked to make sure nothing is jamming it up? Open up the drive and make sure the rollers are properly seated in the its tray.
