Hi!
I know this is mainly video games hardware but I have a LCD screen with touch that is part of an HMI for agricultural machinery. It has water damage!, the favorite of tronicsFix for sure..-
Only half of the screen does somenthing, the backlight seems to work ok but I get no video.
I checked the flex connector for the touch and main tonector to the LCD and it looks ok.
Also the main PCB seems to be working, no shorted capacitors or chips getting too hot, also managed to probe some voltages and seems to be ok, some 3,3V, 5V, 12V lines
