USB c tester stays black no display at all on Nintendo Switch

Hi had a Vsys short, replaced several parts and cleared that short. Power rails out of MAX77620 all good and 3.3V out of ENXX when jumping in the Vsys power from a power supply.

When I try and power from USB, the USB c tester never lights up at all. I tried measuring voltage at the bus fuse and it is 0V. Diode check from fuse to ground is .5. I believe that is normal.

The USB port checks good on all lines.

Is there a signal that can shut-down the power supply completely from Vbus coming out of the wall power adapter, because I read 0V on Vbus.

I thought it should initially output 5V to get things going then the M92 would negotiate the power it wants 5V/15V.

Anyway, without that Vbus being shorted and actually connected to the port I am at a loss to understand why I am not measuring any voltage coming in and my USB ammeter is totally blanked out.

I am fairly new to working on switches, so it might be a really rookie mistake I am making here. I have checked the caps around M92 and they are not shorted.

If anyone has the time and may know where I am messing up…. Help would be appreciated.

Thank You.
