I haven’t used my switch for a good 2 years. Last week, I was able to charge it (the battery was dead) to full but then a software update was forced which made it not take it charge anymore even though I left it overnight to charge even while the software update was ongoing.
Yesterday, my switch turned on for some reason and then it started charging again. But when I checked the charging port, it had a reading of 0 Amps and the charging is extremely slow (I got 5% in 8 hours). Does anyone know if it’s a hardware issue? I haven’t opened my switch yet.
