I accidentally knocked off a component next to the f7003 fuse. Does anyone know the value or could measure it for me? Thx!

I got rid of the same component, by cleaning the flux. BUT
I got rid of the same component by cleaning flux. gone for ever flew away to everywhere! BUT I put a 100K resistor, and as a result my 3,3V power rail went to 1,0 V and the southbridge chip failed to start because of not enough voltage. Can please somebody explain this?
