I accidentally dropped my 3DS in the sink. I let it dry for a couple of days and it didn’t want to work. I put in a new battery and it still didn’t work. How do I fix it? I don’t want to replace it.
Water damage is a pain, as it really can damage any part of it. The first step would be opening it up and seeing what it looks like on the inside.
Do you get any signs of life when you try to power it up? A clicking sound, a light… Try to recharge it and see if there is a’ orange led?
im having this same issue.
3DS turns on
bottoms screen works but you can see horizontal lines across the whole screen and top screen wont even turn on
