This unit is a mess. Missing screws, no power, stripped screws. Right joycon ribbon cable had a screw through it but its like melted too? I don’t even know what to do.

The first thing you should do:
Remove the stripped screw using a drill or another solution (Check youtube for advice).
Unplug all connectors and pull out the PCB from the case and start troubleshoot with a multimeter, and as you said there is a “No Power” you should start too share some information with us so we can try to help you out.
It would be great if you can share following information:
*Do you see any signs of water damage or brun marks on the PCB?
*If you have an USB meter, plug in the charger cable and share the reading from the USB meter.
*Do you own a multimeter? If yes please start measuring around the “M92T36”, look for shorts. Also if the USB meter showing readings like 0.45A please check the battery while the cable is connected, maybe it’s charging or are completely dead the multimeter will give you the answer.
