What might have happened, and what compoment is it?

It’s a ps4 with a replaced HDMI port that suddenly stoped working after 4 months.
When I opened it, this is what I saw.

This is a NCT75 OnSemi IC (apparently) - DigitalTemperature Sensor

No offense, but I’m suprised it worked for 4 months.

Clear signs of liquid damage, bad/blown traces melted connector plastic/s and poor soldering on HDMI ground tabs.

If no liquid touched the console then i would guess you/owner vapes?

Problems can likely be resolved, first scrub that area with hard bristle brush and IPA, will advse after
