I think it’s a cartridge-related control chip or cartridge fuse chip.

Is this chip a security chip that other switches cannot use?

There is a bga chip on the red block

Oh, I see. Everything I have researched so far shows nothing (B1921 GCBRG HAC STD T1122919A2). It must be a custom chip for Nintendo.
